Hiring the Hall

The hall was re-thatched in 2012 and has a small kitchen, and toilet facilities with disabled access. The hall capacity is 90 people using seats and tables, 125 people in audience configuration facing the stage and between 150-200 seated and standing. A small marquee can be sited adjacent to the hall. Please note there are no parking facilities at the hall.

To hire the hall, please use the Contact Us page or complete and email the booking form. We will then be in touch to confirm availability. Unfortunately, we're not able to take bookings for weddings/wedding celebrations.

HIRE CHARGES: Applicable from January 2026.

All day  9am-5pm £115 (+£20 heating fee in winter)

All day with evening 9am-11pm £165 (+£20 heating fee in winter)

Evening only 5pm-11pm £80 (+£15 heating fee in winter)

Morning only 9am-1pm £60 (+£10 heating fee in winter)

Afternoon only 1pm-5pm £60 (+£10 heating fee in winter)

Note:-Winter period is determined to be when clocks are set to GMT.

£50 per day refundable deposit required at time of booking and full hire charge to be paid 1 month prior to event.

• A day is defined as 9am - 5pm (8 hours)
• For residents of Ranworth and Panxworth, a discount is applicable on hall bookings - £5 off the hire fee for 3 hour bookings, £10 off for day/evening hires.
• Long term lets for regular meetings classes etc are negotiable
